Exchange and Return Policy

We strive to satisfy you. We have easy and flexible terms of replacement and retrieval so that you can return any purchased product only if the product is damaged or arrived in error other than what was requested within a period of up to 7 days from the date of delivery of your order, on simple terms and in two ways:


1- By returning the amount to the same bank account of the applicant

2- By adding the value of free purchases to your account on the system.


So always make sure to:

- Do not cut the carton or any product cover so that you can return it to its condition upon return.

- To be registered on the site in order to benefit from all services and return policies.



You can also refund your full amount if you wish, by making your request within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.



Terms of return and exchange:


- You must make sure not to cut or damage any adhesive papers in the product or in its packaging.

- The product must be returned within 7 days to apply the return and exchange policies to your order.

- You must make sure that the product has not been used before returning it and that it is in its condition when the order arrives.

- You must register on the site so that the balance returned to you is placed in the account.

  • Shipping value is not refundable.
  • Digital products are not refundable or exchangeable.




Terms of returning the product:


The product to be exchanged or returned must be in its original condition and without having been used, in addition to attaching its payment receipt.




Who bears the costs of returning products to a dealer technology store?


If our product complains of a defect or does not match the description, we will pay the value of shipping and delivery. Otherwise, you must pay the value of shipping or delivery.

When will the amount reach you in the event of a return request?


_ By bank transfer: The refund process takes up to 7 working days from the date of making the return request until you receive the amount.


Via (PayPal) or credit card, the process of refunding the amount takes up to 10 working days from the date of making the return request for the amount to reach your credit card.



When will the product reach you if a replacement is requested?


- Inside the city of Tabuk: within 4 working days from the date we receive the replaced product.

Outside the city of Tabuk: Within 7 working days from the date we receive the replaced product.
